Mr. Sheber has been one of the top recruiters in the company since he started back in November, 2008. He’s been in Performance Club 74 out of the 75 months he’s been with the Company. He qualified as an Executive Director in his 14th month and he’s been qualifying as a Bronze Executive Director for the last three years. Last year he hit Phase One of the Rise to the Ring program and last month he hit Phase Two and qualified for his $1,000 bonus. Last year he helped seven people on his team qualify for their BMW bonus and broke 4 new Power 20s. And he’s on track to hit his goal of breaking 4 new Executive Directors by the Moore Success Team retreat next month.
